Can I use this in my hair?

No! It won't come out and can cause chemical burns.

Is it scratch resistant?

Clear Gorilla Glue is a moisture activated glue intended to be used between two surfaces in which one surface must be dampened with water and the pieces need to be clamped together. It is not meant to be used as a sealer and has not been tested for its scratch resistance.

Will Gorilla Glue hold on plastic?

Gorilla glue is a polyurethane adhesive and while it will work on some plastics it may not work on some polypropylene, polyethylene or on such substances as Teflon or silicone. You will want to make sure you clean the surfaces well with something like Denatured Alcohol. (Acetone may melt your plastic). Wipe a very small amount of water on one surface and use a very little amount of glue because it expands, and clamp tightly. This worked for me on a plastic box but your results may be different. I would not try it on anything where safety is an issue. I have also glued plastic with Gorilla Brand super glue by cleaning well with DA. The super glue must have a solvent component because it will "bite" on the plastic
