Eligibility & Registration

1. 1Warranty is available only for eligible products/models. Certain BKR models may not be covered under warranty.
2. 2To avail warranty benefits, the product must also be registered within 30 days from the date of purchase by visiting https://halte.in/warranty-registration or by scanning the QR code provided with the product or on the website.

Warranty Coverage

1. 1Warranty applies only to manufacturing defects in eligible products.
2. 2All electrical and electronic products are covered under the applicable limited warranty, subject to these terms.
3. 3Some BKR models may not be covered under warranty. The buyer must verify and obtain approval of warranty coverage for their specific machine within 48 hours of signing/delivery. No warranty claims will be entertained after this period if not approved.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty shall not apply in the following cases:

1. 1Use beyond the intended purpose, including commercial, heavy-duty, larger-area, or high-capacity applications where the product is designed only for domestic or light-duty use.
2. 2Failure to follow the user manual or operating instructions.
3. 3Failure to add or maintain engine oil before first use or during operation for petrol-powered machines.
4. 4Misuse, abuse, negligence, improper installation, improper handling, unauthorized repairs or modifications.
5. 5Damage caused by accidents, power fluctuations, environmental factors, or normal wear and tear.

Inspection & Claim Approval

1. 1All warranty claims are subject to inspection and verification by the Company's authorized service team.
2. 2Warranty service will be provided only after the product is inspected and confirmed to be eligible under the applicable warranty policy.
3. 3Halte c/o Jaganshopsmart Pvt. Ltd. reserves the sole right to approve or reject any warranty claim based on inspection findings.

Spare Parts Availability

1. 1Spare parts availability is subject to model, production batch, product upgrades, and market availability.
2. 2While we will make reasonable efforts to provide replacement parts, availability of specific parts cannot be guaranteed for every model at all times.

General Terms

1. 1This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser unless otherwise specified.
2. 2The warranty is limited to repair or replacement of defective parts/products as determined by the Company and does not cover any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damages.
3. 3These written terms override all verbal assurances, representations, or commitments.
4. 4In addition to these terms, all applicable standard manufacturer warranty conditions shall apply where not inconsistent with this policy.
