It's a polyurethane glue and needs water to bond. Moisten the objects to be glued, if the item is not porous, sand lightly to roughen the surfaces so water can stick in the grooves.
Hello, Gorilla Heavy Duty Construction Adhesive can work on concrete and certain plastics. Plastics this product will not work on are polyethylene and propylene.
